Brownies

We call these "Rinnie's Brownies." I'm not sure where my sister got the recipe but it's the best...especially eaten warm with some vanilla ice cream!

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa (heaping)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups chocolate chips (last time I used half semi-sweet and half white)

DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in greased 9 x 13 pan.

Oh Sarah! Thank you SO much for making all the yummyness for the worship party! And thank you for sharing the family recipes! I really liked your “tea, tea, milk, milk” too!

I think Rinnie gave me that brownie recipe in an email swap thing. They're from the CC cookbook and called "Thunkies". They are waaaay good, I can't make them too often or I'd eat the whole pan myself (Joel is not one for sweets).
